Description
At the initiation of Change Management process, the Change Manager must understand the scope and requirements for Change Management as stated in contract. During Transition Handover-In phase, Change Manager must develop Change Management Procedure, based on Capgemini standard approach. Change Management Procedure should cover definition and criteria for classification of different types of changes as agreed with the Client. It must also describe the workflow that should be followed during the change lifecycle This would include requesting for change, recording, analyzing, obtaining approvals, and executing a change. Tools which will support and enable Change Management must be selected in this activity.
